Welcome to Reehan. By purchasing from or interacting with our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made at Reehan, whether in-store or online.

  • Reehan reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Authenticity

  • All products sold at Reehan are 100% authentic.

  • In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be unauthentic, Reehan guarantees a full cash refund, subject to      verification.

3. Pricing

   • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

   • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

   • Any promotions or discounts are valid for a limited time and while stock lasts.

4. Orders & Payments

   • Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

   • Reehan is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references or incomplete customer details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

   • Delivery takes 2–3 working days nationwide.

   • Free delivery applies within Pretoria CBD only.

   • Shipping outside Pretoria CBD is charged based on parcel weight, starting from R110.

   • Reehan is not liable for delays caused by courier services once parcels are handed over.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

   • No refunds are offered, except where stated under the Authenticity Guarantee.

   • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for:

       - Unused and unopened items

       - Damaged items

       - Factory faults

   • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

   • Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.

7. Customer Responsibilities

   • Customers must inspect items upon receipt or purchase.

   • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery and contact details.

   • Reehan is not responsible for loss or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

   • Reehan shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to perfumes.

   • Customers are encouraged to test fragrances before use.

   • Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

10. Acceptance of Terms

   • By making a purchase from Reehan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
